Jeanne V. McKee is an Associate at

She was born in Saigon, Vietnam and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Comparative Literature from the University of California at Irvine in 2001, and her J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 2004. Ms. McKee's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial and general litigation, class action litigation, residential and commercial real estate disputes, construction defect litigation, unfair competition law and appellate work. Her experience is in all aspects of "law and motion" and discovery practice, pre-trial preparation, trial and post-trial matters, mediation and arbitration.
Ms. McKee is a member of the bar of the State of California and is admitted to practice before the United States district Courts for the Central, Eastern, Southern, and Northern Districts of California. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and Constitutional Rights Foundation, Orange County - Mock Trial Committee. Ms. McKee is licensed to practice in the state of Nevada. |
