Matthew Goldstein is an associate at SG&S.  He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University in 1993, and his Juris Doctor Degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 2001, where he was also an associate managing editor of the SMU International Law Review.

Mr. Goldstein's practice is in the representation of businesses in general corporate and real estate transactional matters.  Prior to joining SG&S, he had experience in civil litigation defense, including contract and product liability cases.

Mr. Goldstein is admitted to the State Bar of California and Arizona, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California.
